• The Offer will be valid only on or within the Term of the Offer and any User participating in this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Offer terms and conditions.
• Offer Validity: November 01, 2024 to November 30, 2024 (Every Saturday and Sunday).
• Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary, and it is understood that the participation in the Offer by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• The Offer cannot be combined or clubbed with any other promotion offered by the Company on the Platform.
• The Offer cannot be combined or clubbed with other promotions or offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a Cardholder might have received from the Bank.
• All queries/disputes on the Offer should be raised during the Term of the Offer or within 7 (seven) days after expiry of the Offer end Date with the Bank.
• Company and/or Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.
• This Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by the Company and/or Bank at any point of time, including after it has been announced without any obligation to provide any notice to the customers.
• Company does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. The maximum liability of the Company is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
• Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by Company and may disqualify any User from getting the benefits of this Offer.
• Company will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage, which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred because of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation towards Users that is caused by:
  • technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any User's participation in this Offer.
  • any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount.
  • any other events beyond the Company’s control that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.
• The company (including its employees and directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated Bank Cards, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and email service providers.
• Users hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Company harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Company because of User’s: (i) violation of the terms and conditions; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence.
• User agrees that these Offer terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
• In case of returns & cancellations of the orders on which the Offer was availed using the selected Bank Card, the Offer will not be applicable again while making another purchase on the Platform with the same Bank Cards that was used before for availing the initial Offer during the Term of the Offer.
• If the User who has availed the Offer, returns all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platform, such that the value of their order falls below INR 2,599, they will not be eligible for return of purchased Specified Products. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per Platform’s prevailing product return policy.
• All purchases made on the Platform shall be governed by the Platform policies including terms of use, primacy policy, returns and refund polices, etc.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the Cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
• All incomplete/ rejected/ invalid/ returned/ cancelled /refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
• The Offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
• The decision (including interpretation) of the Company and/or Bank with respect to the Offer and its related terms and conditions will be final and binding. The Company and/or Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing yourself of the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Company and/or Bank and the Company’s and/or Bank’s decision in relation there is final and binding.
• Images, if any provided in Offer related promotions materials are only for pictorial representation and Bank and/or Company does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products of the Company or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations in relation thereof.
• The Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Company may notify you from time to time.
• Cardholders participating in this Offer and/or otherwise will be additionally governed by Terms and Conditions of the Bank’s Cardmember Agreement.
