Vishal Kukreja is a Human Resources professional with over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 16 years with banks and close to 3 years in consulting. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

His expertise lies in handling transformational change, organic and inorganic growth, and building successful businesses from the ground up. Specializing in change management, compensation and benefits strategies, performance-driven culture development, and digitisation of HR functions.

Known for his ability to lead with insight and authenticity, Vishal is responsible for transforming the human resources function of the Bank with a sharper focus on enhancing employee experience, diversity and performance culture at the Bank.

Vishal has a Master’s in Human Resources from Punjab University and a BE degree from Punjab Technical University. He is an INSEAD Alum (INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives – 2017-18).
