For many CSR is merely a 2% mandate, but for us at RBL Bank it is a way of life. Through well-structured CSR programmes focused on education, preventive healthcare, sustainable livelihoods and women empowerment, we have made an impact to over 200,000 lives since inception.
As we progress in our CSR journey, we are guided by the RBL values of partnership and respect that drive us towards our community goals. The Bank has set a CSR goal for itself, for 5 years starting from 2020, to reach the unserved and under-served marginalized population of our nation, which included population below the poverty line, distressed farmers, micro women entrepreneurs, and physically and mentally challenged children & youth, through the thematic areas of H.E.LO. Simultaneously, using our technical acumen in finance and the reach we have through our Rural and Agricultural banking segments, we are set out to make Financial Inclusion a reality in all the targeted communities.

Impact Assessments
To fulfil the amendments of section 135, schedule VII CSR activities of the Companies Act, 2021. The Bank undertakes impact assessments to assess the social impact of particular CSR projects. It encourages us to take considered decisions before deploying CSR amounts and assess the impact of our CSR spending.
